Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and email address where applicable. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information may require additional coordination.

Transit & tracking

Once a shipment is handed to the courier, delivery timing can vary by destination, weather, logistics conditions and serviceability. Where tracking information is available, it will be shared through the contact details provided with the order.
